Shipping

All physical items are produced using print-on-demand services and are made specifically for each order. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please ensure that shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Digital music and downloadable products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Refunds and Returns

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Print-on-demand items cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. A refund or replacement may be offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos where applicable.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
